Find the listed words in the tile grid. Words can run horizontally, vertically, diagonally, backwards if enabled, and in bends if spiral words are enabled. Blind search hides both words and hints until a word drops.
Some letters are hidden on the underside of a tile. Click a tile you think is hiding part of a word. Correct hidden tiles flip over. When every hidden tile for a word has been revealed, that word drops, changes colour, and is crossed off.
Two-player games are not turn based. A player can make as many flips in a row as they can see. Each player has their own lives, so a wrong flip only costs the player who made it. Co-op mode lets players solve the board together, which works well for classes and group play. Competitive mode keeps separate player scores: each player's score is correct flips minus wrong flips.
Shared letters stay visible and can still help complete other words. In solo play, the difficulty number relates directly to points: each completed word scores the current difficulty value, so difficulty 70% gives 70 points per word and difficulty 10% gives 10 points per word.
Hide flip feedback is a harder solo option. Flipped tiles turn blue, but they do not show whether they were right or wrong until a word drops.
If you lose, the board reveals the missed words so you can see what was hidden. Starting a new solo game before finishing records a reset in your solo stats.
